GrowthClub is tailored for owners with 2+ years in their current business or 4+ years of entrepreneurial experience. If you’re a startup, we’d love to chat about other ActionCOACH programs to get you prepped for this step

What if I can't make the whole event?

We strongly recommend attending the full day to maximize the planning and networking, but if you can only join for part of it, let us know. We’ll ensure you still walk away with key insights and access to follow-up resources.

What happens during the day?

You’ll kick off with light breakfast and networking at 8:30 AM, dive into workshops at 9:00 AM with expert coaches and guest speakers, craft your 90-day plan, enjoy a complimentary lunch, and finish by 2:00 PM with drinks at the bar. It’s practical and engaging!

Do I need to bring anything?

Just your enthusiasm and any business figures (e.g., revenue, goals) you’d like to work with. We’ll supply a workbook, templates, and all the materials you need for your 90-day plan.

Will I get one-to-one help during the event?

It’s a group setting, but our coach will guide you step-by-step through your plan, and you’ll get feedback from peers too. For deeper personal support, we can connect you with Marty Rasmussen afterwards
